Hey, I’m Binit— a results-driven software operations leader passionate about building scalable systems and driving digital transformation.

With over 3 years of experience in IT project management, web technologies, and product operations, I bridge the gap between engineering and business to deliver impactful technology solutions. I specialize in streamlining workflows, leading cross-functional teams, and managing end-to-end software delivery with precision and clarity.

Currently serving as the COO at Ultraconic, I oversee product roadmaps, operational strategy, and technical execution — ensuring teams work efficiently and products scale effectively. Before this, I managed financial and operational systems for enterprise logistics, implementing digital solutions that improved accuracy, reduced manual work, and optimized processes.

I’m also pursuing my Master’s in Computer Applications, strengthening my technical foundation in Java, software development, and modern IT systems while continuing to drive product excellence in the industry.
